View Full Version : Mechanical glitch slows testing for Ducati

Today was something of a wasted opportunity for Ducati rider Sete Gibernau, as his Desmosedici GP6 suffered a mechanical problem which cost much of the day.

Gibernau completed just 38 laps of the hot and humid Sepang circuit before suffering a gearbox 'glitch' which lost the Spanish rider a lot of track time. At the end of the day Sete's best lap was a 2'03.51, far off the pace of his times at the previous test, likely as a result of the conditions and limited track time.
