In an effort to make the tricky task of chatting about motorbike racing that bit easier, I'm going to have a little competition over the next month on MotoGP Boards.

Unfortunately, I'm not a multi-millionaire and MotoReview isn't quite at the stock market stage yet either, so I can't offer a shiny Honda RCV to the winner. What I can just about stretch to though, is a £20/$35/equivalent where possible Amazon voucher with which you could order...

The MotoGP 2005 season review

The excellent 'Faster' movie (you could actually get 2 if you were that way inclined)

Or indeed anything else that might take your fancy.

Alright you've got me, how do I win?

Well, I could go down the 'person who posts most' route or something similar, but a forum full of 3 letter posts isn't much of an improvement over a forum with no posts at all, so that's not the plan. The winner will be whoever I reckon makes the biggest contribution towards MotoGP boards becoming the best bike racing forum on the net. That could be by sneaking MotoReview stickers onto Rossi's M1 while he's not looking at the IRTA test in a couple of weeks, tattooing www.MotoGPBoards.com on each limb or simply by making loads of interesting posts (the latter's probably most likely).

The competition will last one month from tomorrow, finishing on Saturday the 18th of March. If you've got any questions feel free to ask (http://www.motogpboards.com/sendmessage.php).

As they say in all the best cheesy adverts - what are you waiting for? Register today (http://www.motogpboards.com/register.php?). :)

Well, this has been a huge success eh? Anyway I'll keep my word, which means the winner of the 'official best poster type person' award is...

Wheelspin!

Congrats, easiest money ever? Just confirm your email address and I'll send you the voucher. :)

I won't rule out more competitions in future but not for a little while until people's interest in MotoGP picks up again.

In the mean time if you're feeling competitive, check out the MGPB Bookies (http://www.motogpboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=14) section which will be updated throughout the season.

Cheers,
Dom
