The Ducatis of Loris Capirossi and Sete Gibernau went fastest on Sunday in Jerez, as a busy winter of pre-season testing drew to a close. With many riders opting to go out on qualifiers towards the end of the session the final timesheets are arguably even less meaningful than normal although, in Capirossi's case at least, the pace seemed genuine based on times with race tyres.
Dani Pedrosa once again earnt the title of fastest Honda, today finishing fourth and and improving on his time from Saturday by around half a second. Elsewhere in the Honda camp Nicky Hayden took sixth place on 'soft but not qualifying' tyres and Toni Elias was eighth quickest.Further info, pictures and rider comments will follow shortly.
