View Full Version : Seattle
Red Frog 22-04-2006, 07:38 PM Ok, I'm attempting to learn how to use the replay depository. This will hopefully be the thread that gets linked to a replay of a ZX-6R at Seattle.
Edit:
Ok wicked, so here it is then. Have at thee!

Kawk ZX-6R RM (http://www.ttbikesim.com/community/single.php/45)
 What the hell's going on there? I'll have to watch this one.
Vermin71 22-06-2006, 11:14 AM Great lap time m8, I am just a tad slower on a 1.42.417 on the ZX6. Got some awesome pics backing it in braking for the hard right off the back straight!
Red Frog 02-07-2006, 12:14 PM Chances are you're doing better than I am. That uphill climb of mine was pure luck. I pegged the throttle for glory or gutter and haven't repeated it since.
es nes 02-07-2006, 02:19 PM i managed a 1'43.443 with the gsxr600rm one my first clean lap. the uphill climb is a pita because just landing from a jump sends the front looking for the moon :(
es nes 02-07-2006, 03:12 PM ive decided to add seatle to my "should be repaved" list.
any suggestions on how to deal with the uphill and the train tracks?
750F-RM 02-07-2006, 04:28 PM the train tracks i can deal with, but the uphill is a killer
brake and lean foward before take off?
i did a few laps earlier on my 750F-RM, and got a 1:47.241 (pro mode)
es nes 02-07-2006, 05:40 PM just roll off the throttle i guess uphill. i tryed holding the rear brake and that works for the first jump, but, the landing from the second jump still resulted in a back flip
Red Frog 02-07-2006, 09:40 PM I find pulling back and gunning it to be the best choice. Seems like if you try to initiate a wheelie the resulting one can be returned to the floor much faster pressing forward after landing. At least that's how I take the jumps in Amalfi.
es nes 02-07-2006, 11:07 PM how do you take the final hairpins at amalfi? the final two i seem to take at the correct speed on to have the bike stop turning. i even had the game respawn pointed at the crowd >(
Red Frog 03-07-2006, 03:32 AM I just try to slide it best I can. Quite often ends up with a cement sandwich.
mthielen 03-04-2007, 03:20 PM i'm just gave this on a try for the championship and it's just hell to go round with the Buell, this is going to be a very hard one.
The curbs are gigantic :D
sonic_blue 07-04-2007, 05:20 PM On the Buell XB10RRM, without trailbraking - 1'37.6xx , from cockpit view :D
sonic_blue 07-04-2007, 05:26 PM pics :)
mthielen 07-04-2007, 07:19 PM i think i had a 1'36.2 or something like that
i'll post the correct time tomorrow if i find the time :D
sonic_blue 09-04-2007, 05:10 AM I got it down to 1'37.4 and I'm really struggling to go faster.
The Buell is a sweet ride though!
sonic_blue 11-04-2007, 03:47 AM Busted out a 1'37.003 (http://www.ttbikesim.com/community/single.php/495)
