Ah, the IGN boards. I tried to sign up to them a while back (not sure what possessed me) and found my account closed within a few minutes with a message telling me in a less than polite way, not to create multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or something to that effect. Funny since I've never had an account there before in my life and hadn't even made a single post at that stage.

Fortunately the good folk at IGN had provided a 'contact a moderator' feature which I used and calmly and clearly explained that I'd obviously been caught up in some unrelated problem and could they please remedy their mistake. Imagine my (lack of) surprise when they never even bothered to reply.

I guess what I'm saying is, perhaps when hell freezes over. :lol:
