If there was ever a hard race to pick this is surely it. Rossi and Capirossi must be out of the question but who else is looking good?

Stoner's been quick but has qualified way down the order. Melandri's still injured but he's tough as nails. Could either of the Suzukis manage it? Kawasaki reckon the modified Assen circuit suits the ZX-RR more than anywhere else in the championship. Oh and Colin Edwards looks fast, too. Then there are the Repsol lads...

lol, im glad nicky won. its funny to see someone move up like he did, and now he is at the top of the sport, and winning. granted, the most challenging competition wasnt present, but something has to be said for winning an event at motorcycle's premier racing class.
