View Full Version : 2006 German MotoGP Dom 12-07-2006, 01:16 PM Two in a row for Pedrosa? callaghan 13-07-2006, 05:58 PM hopefully, but not counting on it. i dont think rossi will have it in him, nor melandri for that matter. i think it will come down to robets jr, pedrosa and hayden, with pedrosa on top, hayden 2nd and roberts jr third. Dom 13-07-2006, 08:14 PM My money's on Rossi and Melandri (the dark horse, nice odds ;)). Dom 17-07-2006, 08:55 AM Fantastic race and surely one of Valentino's best races. I feel so sorry for Tamada being taken out by Roberts though - the first time he shows signs of being back to his old form and he's unceremoniously dumped in the kitty litter. Ouch. 6 guys battling at the front, though? We need more of that. :D SKINNYHIPPY 17-07-2006, 10:57 AM what a race eh. I'd never have bet against Rossi winning the title but you can see that he's right back into it now. 7 races to go and it's his already. callaghan 17-07-2006, 01:33 PM man, another nice race by rossi...and i cant believe melandri took the bait and passed rossi. i loved the shots of hayden coming down turns 6-7-8 and having it sideways while getting on the throttle. and the way hayden shut the door on pedrosa!! damn, that takes balls. a great race, thats for sure. i hope more turn out the way this one did, even if rossi still wins. Dom 17-07-2006, 05:57 PM You know it's a good race when Honda's official GP press release opens with the phrase 'This was one of the great MotoGP races' despite Valentino Rossi winning on a Yamaha. |
