in practice, im getting low 1'30s.

[edit - hit a 1.29.9 in the race. you really need to pick your lines well here with your comp on a nake bmw rm and a busa rm. you only have 85hp, btw, but those 85hp really chews up the rear tyre.]

yeah, i noticed that too, the rear was fried even with mediums...must be the massive torque...lol. funny, though, as its not bad, especially for a 25 year old bike!

edit: there is only the '81 750f rm, no? just want to make sure. i cant find another year for the rm, but there is also a '79 for the street bike.

went through with my first pass...a staggering 7.37.845. the AI is a real pain in the ass. there happens to be one line through the chicane before the last corner, and the AI is always as big as possible. BTW, i got a katana 1100 and a buell xb12r to fight against. the buell smokes me just about everywhere, and it was close. took three laps to past the bastard, and then i still only won by about 3 seconds.

yeah, the the 750f rm is a '81.

it took me 4 laps to stay around the bmw. i usually ended up passing both the busa and bmw on the brakes going into turn 1.

Well Im back, ran out of time for the last 2 rounds

Anyway after an inital run in I managed a 7:38.473 but had an 'altercation' with some ai, so I'll go again when I get home from work tommorow

total time, 7.29.119
fast lap, 1.28.984

had the "altercation" as well, and, i dont think this one will count, but, if the AI would get the fack out of the way...

if the pass would have clean execpt for the ais blind stupidity, then, ill accept the run ...

ello all :) my best race so far has a time of 7:28.626

1st lap 1:31.819, best lap 1:28.557

gets a bit hairy coming out of the chicane (http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g120/750F-RM/MGPB4.jpg), doesn't it?

I'm not gonna get involved in this, but ach Pro mode is annoying (probably shouldn't have skipped semi pro..). Posted a 1:31.919 in time trial which isn't too bad but I'm still way too inconsistent and need to get used to the rear break, accelerating in a straight line and sorting out set ups before I can have a go at 5 lap races against you guys (plus registering would be helpful).

First go, 7:34.512. Not too bad to be honest.

I still have to sort the gearing and maybe the tyres, and I might actually be competitive this race ;)

Hi all :D

Can I join the championship??

If yes there are my times:
1st lap: 1.30,688
2nd lap: 1.27,576
3rd lap: 1.28,061
4th lap: 1.27,816
5th lap: 1.27,414

Overall race: 7.21,555

With some other practise I think we can beat the 7.20 :P

Given this a fair few goes now and am pretty happy with 7:32.093, fastest lap a 1:29.725. Most goes after getting this have ended up with me pushing too hard and crashing.

May have another go later but don't think I'll be able to improve my settings.

A few minutes late getting in, but nobody should mind with that time. To busy riding for real this weekend.
