He doesn't. hes only won here at 2001...when biaggi crashed while leading. capirossi is 7th in 2nd practise, but on race tyres compared to everyone else on stickies.

definetely a ducati me thinks. this is a big power track, (the ducatis...) but you also have to put the power down coming out of the corner (where rossi's bike really excels). but then again, the honda has a good mix of both...so it will be an interesting one.

Havn't watched any qualifying but Melandri looks a half decent bet after qualifying third (though I just put 75 each on Capirossi and Rossi). Shame you can't go each way..

Surprised Tamada's struggled so much what with this possibly being his last home GP, plus the Bridgestone's have a decent record here.

tbh i would like to see honda win, but only because i dont think they can. hayden has shown to do very well, and pedrosa i seriously doubt will even be close to the podium. i hate to say this, but i think this is a big boys track...and the rookies here won't make the cut.

P.S: Thoughts on the Sete/Shinya collision?????? i think that Sete just flat out cut Shinya off at the knees with that one, he had no where to go as Sete came in over the top of him in my opinion.

Not the flag to flag battle that I was hoping for, but it makes the championship fight even closer so we're on for a real showdown.

I have to say, I really don't see Hayden ending the year on top.

As far as the Sete/Shinya thing, I think I would just put it down as a racing incident. I was half-listening to a little interview with Gibernau after the race and I think he said he wasn't even aware of the kwakka trying to go down the inside until it was too late. Both riders are in a situation where they have nothing to lose now we're nearing the end of the championship so things like this are that much more likely to happen. Wouldn't mind another look at it though.
