If you wait long enough it will come to you :D
Now I've got 18 months to save 6K ;)
SOOOoooo Many Supermoto's to choose from but this from Massimo Tamburini IMO is something special even the Frame is adjustable Via a Central torque Nut - Bottom Photo 8O

Now I'm confused - Which one :?
The New Aprilia Shiver Hmmmmmm :P
The Shiver is an unfaired, 750cc V-twin with an appealing, contemporary style and surprisingly high specification - inverted forks, radially mounted front brake calipers, fly-by-wire throttle - considering it's likely to be pitched into the sub-£6,000 budget middleweight market inhabited by such value stalwarts as Suzuki's SV650.
Definitely the Aprilia, by a long way. I don't like that Husky one bit. That kind of styling just isn't right for a smoto bike. If I were you I'd pick up a 2nd hand XR400/DRZ400 with a supermoto setup. You could get the XR for comfortably under 2 grand and the DRZ for maybe a bit more. That way you can have the best of both worlds, with a great road and dirt setup. And being in Wales it seems criminal not to take advantage of all those nice byways through the valleys...
(Or, if you're spending 6k then sod it, spend 1.5 on a dirt bike and the rest on something tarty. You know it makes sense. ;))

Ooooh, motorcycle lust is a very painful thing. Me want both!
The Husky looks so lean and taught - ready to go. Like a whippet :)
And the 'Prila is what the Monster would be if Ducati could be bothered to update it's styling.
Both look like the HORN.
The more I look at the Aprilia the more I like it. The engine definitely appeals, as (for me at least) a litre bike seems a bit like overkill but a 600 isn't really enough (or it's too revvy).

ya know, the aprillia doesnt look much like a super moto to me. more like a standard v-twin thats naked. like a normal street bike. the husky on the other hand looks more dirt oriented.
Well I think only the Husky's pretending to be a supermoto and even so it's doing a pretty poor job. I wouldn't be in a hurry to take it offroad, that's for sure.

Spot on Calla :D The Husky is an urban supermoto that can be raced due to the centre torque nut that can adjust the geometry of the frame from Road or Race :D
