Qualifing - Complete as many laps as youd like of Tsubuka in a Tourist Trophy Street (unlimited) > practice > free run. Diatribe 28-11-2006, 05:03 PM 1:02.9xx to start qualifying and a 3:12.4xx race time. Can't get anywhere near my qualifying lap in racing at the mo.

now if the damn bmw was the size of a tz 125...
my comment on this bike...i didnt really like it. i thought the front wasnt very good, and it liked to run wide on exits. and i also hate this track...apologies if the bike isnt that fun this round. also, i set this bike up while racing, trying to keep the bike as well balanced as i could during the race, rather than just during qualifying.
Diatribe 29-11-2006, 08:19 PM 3:11.401
That may be my final time. Not the most fun of bikes or circuits, and am enjoying messing around and preparing for the Supersport series at the mo. When is that gonna start by the way?
es nes 29-11-2006, 08:42 PM thats a good question.
750F-RM 29-11-2006, 09:16 PM hi all :) i've improved to 3:08.293, with a qualifying lap of 1:01.781
CELTIC 29-11-2006, 10:46 PM Given it an hour tonight and big improvement :D - EDIT 2 Hrs
1:01:528 Qualifier
1:02:842
1:01:604
1:02:164
3:06:610 :D
I noticed that I had not got gold in the S1 Licence with the TZ125 Which was 1 out of the 4 golds not attained and on the second lap I obtained Gold - gave it another 10 minutes and got down to 1:02:087 :D
Not bad I think as the gold standard is 1:02:989 - anyone want to give it a go ;)
Now I'm Literally on Fire I just did the TZ250 Challenge in 1:09:472 Passing the lead bike before the line at the end of lap 1 !!!!!!! with the 10 sec timer counting down after turn 1 :D http://www.ttbikesim.com/community/files/replays/yamaha/tz2502003/816928/REPLAY.DAT
Diatribe 02-12-2006, 07:38 PM Apologies this is so late, kept forgetting to upload it. Anyway, my Trial Mountain replay: http://www.ttbikesim.com/community/single.php/321

As a comparison es I passed the line around the 58- 59 Sec mark
DJ Baker 03-12-2006, 02:33 AM I almost forgot about this weeks race.
The Logitech Driving Force steering wheel & pedals that I picked up on ebay arrived yesterday, & it Rocks! So I've been busy improving on a bunch of my personal best times in GT4. I wish someone would make something decent like it for the bike games.
Anyhow, my underwhelming conclusion to my underwhelming TTSS series is 3'13.832. :erm:
I did enjoy the various Set-Ups & Rider Forms, as well as the bike/track combos. Big thanks to Es & Calla for all the work that went into it.
callaghan 03-12-2006, 05:12 AM argh....!!!! i cannot get along with this bike at all. and the track is way to small! rant, rant, rant...
found a better line, but still unable to imporve my first lap past a 1.04.
DJ Baker 03-12-2006, 05:39 AM :eh:   :boohoo: ;)
750F-RM 03-12-2006, 08:12 AM Big thanks to Es & Calla for all the work that went into it.
indeed, tnx you two :D
CELTIC 03-12-2006, 10:57 AM Thanks To Calla and es for another series :D
BTW was I the only one who enjoyed the street series for obvious reasons ;)
callaghan 03-12-2006, 01:19 PM i enjoyed it, but not as much as a regular series, w/free form and set up. i dont think we'll be doing this again for a while...(but i may be wrong)
CELTIC 03-12-2006, 03:44 PM Interest did wane a little to the end :( but looking forward to the new series back to Full On Balls Out Racing :D

DJ Baker 03-12-2006, 07:06 PM Special thanks to Matt W. for only showing up for one round & making me not finish last in the overall standings. ;)
In true Backmarker fashion, I did manage to finish last in every race, except Trial Mountain where I fell asleep in my motorhome and missed the call to the grid. Would've had that one locked up by over 7sec too. :erm:
When you're getting whooped by 1.5-10.0sec every week, a little waning is understandable. ;)
Looking forward to getting my ass handed to me on the GSX-R600 though. Maybe some new people will join us & I'll have a shot at next to last once in a while.
callaghan 04-12-2006, 04:15 AM i realized i never posted m qualifying time...must have been tired that night...
1.01.211. i know it doesnt count...but i thought it was worth a mention.
